PREMIER'S LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD

All previous nominations are encouraged to re-submit.

Previous winners are ineligible.

Self-nominations for this award are not accepted.

No shortlist is announced for this award.

The recipient of the award will be required to be available for a range of promotional activities including media interviews and attendance at the presentation event.

By entering the Ruby Awards you are conferring on Arts SA the right to use your application material for awards-related promotional purposes including display and publicity. Nominees will be contacted in July to arrange a photo-shoot. These images will be used for audiovisual presentation at the awards event.

The Ruby Awards judges reserve the right to nominate additional people for consideration in the Premier's Lifetime Achievement Award.

No announcement will be made about the recipient for the Premier's lifetime achievement award prior to the presentation event.

The judges' decision is final and no further discussion will be entered into. Arts SA will not provide feedback to unsuccessful nominations.

Electronic nominations (faxed or emailed) or copies are not accepted in this award.

Only original forms are accepted.

Two complimentary tickets will be issued to all nominees in this category to attend the presentation event on Friday 9 September 2011 in the Banquet Room, Adelaide Festival Theatre.
